- All prices exclude 21% tax.
- Accredited professionals only (photographers, scouts, producers, etc).
- Payment: 50% on reservation, balance 12 weeks before arrival.
- Refundable security deposit: €2000.
- Check-in at 10:00, check-out at 20:00.

- Early or late check-in or check-out: €50 per hour
- Other visits (e.g. technical inspections): €250 per half day

Booking conditions: Your booking is confirmed only when we receive your initial payment. We will send you a booking confirmation email. It shows all the details of your booking, including your arrival date, departure date, rent, number of personnel on site and other important information. Please check it carefully and tell us immediately if there is any error.
Commercial shoots do not include overnight accommodation or catering unless specifically arranged beforehand. You have daytime access to the WC.
Fire risk: Villa CP is surrounded by forest. It is against the law to light open fires or fireworks from March 15 to October 15.
- No smoking. No open fires or fireworks. No pets. No loud music.
- The owners accept no liability for loss, theft, personal injury or death. You must have a valid certificate of professional liability insurance.
Photos and third party websites: We do our best to maintain accurate photos and descriptions but we will not be held responsible for minor changes to the Property.
Supervision: The owner’s representative will be on site during the shoot.
Changes and cancellations: You can cancel your booking or change your dates provided there are still 12 weeks before your arrival. Pre-payments will not be refunded. If the property becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason, beyond our control, we will offer you alternative dates or make a refund.
Termination: We reserve the right to remove any person(s), without refund or compensation, in the case of illegal, anti-social or aggressive behaviour; excessive damage or noise; if smoking restrictions are not observed; if visitors are causing a fire risk; if there is a breach of these terms and conditions; or if the behaviour of anyone in your group causes the police, fire service or similar authorities to visit the property. You are not a tenant but a paying short-term visitor and have no right to remain in the property without the permission of the owner.

In this document, “we” means Ramillas SL, its employees and agents; “you” means the person who booked the accommodation. You are responsible for all the members of your group. Your booking of Villa CP indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions on this page, which are subject to Spanish law and the competent court of Barcelona.
